A small room and a hot oven

ANELLO is a pared-back room built around a wood-fired oven. The crust is sourdough, slow and blistered at the edge. The plates are made in the USA, the menu is short, and both change with the season.

We tried the Margherita and the Verde and both were absolutely incredible. The Margherita was up there with pizzas I’ve tried in Napoli.

The focaccia is a must order. Also loved our Bianca pizza. Service was top notch, will definitely be back.

A real gem. Wooden furniture, USA-made ceramic plates. You can tell this place really cares about quality.
